Time-efficient and Flexible

The package is delivered over 4 sessions and will be intensive and require you to work hard on actions in-between sessions. The first session will be 90 minutes long, the others will be an hour and can be separated at 7 to 10 day intervals to keep momentum up.

We will conduct the first and last sessions face to face wherever possible, at a mutually agreeable location in Central London. The others can be on the telephone or face to face.
