Our business is dedicated to helping leaders make better strategic decisions so that they, and their organisations can be successful not just now but long into the future too.

We can help leaders throughout the strategy process from strategy development, through making difficult strategic choices, designing action plans and in executing these.  Our services run from short awarenessness briefings and more in-depth workshops through to long term consultancy assignments.  We also offer interim management services and promote debate on the major forces changing our professional and personal lives through events. Ian Adkins is the founder and principal consultant of Futures by Design.  He has a particular interest in strategic planning.  Some of his key projects are highlighted in the case studies.
